Getting Started

1. Download the client from the Download page
2. Run Zythera.jar (needs Java 11 or newer — the Windows installer bundles its own Java, so installer users don't need it)
3. Register an account on the website
4. Login and choose your game mode
5. Do the quick optional starter tutorial at home — or skip it and dive straight in
6. Type ::commands to see all available commands

Home Area

Home (::home) has everything you need:
• Grand Exchange for trading
• All shops (melee, range, magic, skilling)
• Bank and altar
• Teleport portal (::tele)
• Occult altar for spellbook swaps
• Slayer masters nearby

Slayer Guide

Start with Turael at home, progress through masters:

Streak bonuses at 10/50/100/250 tasks. Points for helm imbues, blocks, and extensions.

Requirements: High combat, 78+ Herblore recommended

• Phases: P2 at 60% HP, P3 at 20% (attack speed up to 4 ticks)
• Max hits: 32 melee / 28 magic / 26 ranged / 60 melee-spec
• Throne blast (25-40 off cover), shadow tile bursts, summoned Wraith Knights, P3 prayer-break

Chest: always 1-2M gp + 25-50 Blood Money. Rare (1/40): Abyssal Dagger / 20-50 Vote Shards / Primordial Boots. Super-rare (1/200): Armadyl Crossbow / Amulet of Torture.

Amethyst Reaver: shared shard lottery at 1/750 per (player, shard) drops one of 4 components. Use any component on any other (Smithing 85 + Crafting 90) to forge the Reaver. "Hollow King" title at 100 KC.

New Drop-Rate Formulas NEW

Three new systems quietly improve how drops feel:

• DropBoostStack — central cap so multiple boosts can't stack infinitely. Hard cap +25% general / +150% pets. Sources stacked: donor rank DR, drop-rate pin, Animal Tamer boon, comp cape, Boss Hunter set, Ascension Greed.
• Drop Pity — per-(player, boss) dry-streak counter. Past your boss's expected KC, drop rate scales linearly up to 2.0× at 2× expected KC. PvM Mastery T2+ engages the ramp earlier. Resets on any unique-table drop.
• Kill Milestones — one-time LP+EP at 10/50/100/500 KC per boss.

Skill of the Week NEW

One non-combat skill is featured each week — the same one for everyone, rotating every Monday 00:00 UTC.

• Training the featured skill gives +25% bonus XP automatically
• Your featured XP is tallied on a live weekly standings board
• Every 250k featured XP awards +75 Exchange Points
• Rotates through the gathering & artisan skills (Mining, Woodcutting, Fishing, Farming, Runecraft, Herblore, Crafting, Smithing and more)

Desert Treasure II Bosses

All four Desert Treasure II bosses are on Zythera, custom animations and all:

• Duke Sucellus
• The Leviathan
• The Whisperer
• Vardorvis

Drops: Virtus robes, the four vestiges + Chromium ingots — combine them to forge the Ultor / Magus / Bellator / Venator rings — plus elemental quartz and the Executioner's axe head. Take on the Awakened versions (via Awakener's Orbs) for a far harder fight and boosted drops.
